Michelin Singapore Street Food - When planning my trip to Singapore, I knew I had to go to a hawker centre and try some amazing local cuisine. The first hawker centre I wanted to try was the Old Airport Road Food Centre. This hawker centre has been around for over 50 years and is one of the most popular hawker centres in Singapore.
Being that this was my first time at a Singapore hawker centre, I had to try some local traditional foods. So you’ll see me try lor mee for the first time, along with some roasted duck, hokkien prawn mee and curry puffs. I have to say this was probably one of my favorite eating experiences and couldn’t have asked for more when trying food from a hawker centre.
If you find yourself in Singapore, make your way to visit Old Airport Road Food Centre. There is such a variety of foods that I’m sure you’ll find something that tickles your tastebuds.
