Flip Flap Railway operated at
Flip Flap Railway operated at Paul Boyton's Sea Lion Park in Brooklyn, New York, from 1895-1902. It was designed by Lina Beecher and originally built in Toledo, Ohio in 1888. Boyton liked the idea and had the coaster moved to his park near present-day Coney Island.
It was known for being intense, pulling around 12 G's in the circular loop. It was uncomfortable and unpopular, so it was difficult to make a profit. It closed with the park in 1902.
