# Mini Chicken Cordon BleuIngredients*
# Mini Chicken Cordon Bleu
Ingredients
* 500 g Chicken Fillets its breast part, sliced thin into 20 or 30 pieces
* About 350 g Breadcrumbs
* 10 sheets of Mini Burger, slice into 2 each
* Cheddar cheese as needed, 1 pack of Cheddar slice (10 pieces), cut into 2
### Ingredients for The Marinade
* 1 tsp Garlic Powder
* 1 tsp Ground Pepper
* ½ tsp Fine Salt
* 1 tsp of Thyme powder, it’s a must!
* 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
### Ingredients for Coating
* 45 g or about 3 tbsp of Cake or Bread Flour
* 15 g or about 1 tbsp of Cornstarch
* 1 tsp of Broth Powder
* ½ tsp of Fine Salt
// Note: This coating flour can be replaced with instant seasoning flour at about 60 gr dose.
### Ingredients for Dipping
* 1 egg
* 150 grams or about 10 tbsp of all-purpose Flour
* 30 grams or about 2 tbsp of cornstarch
* A pinch of Fine Salt and Broth Powder
* 300-330 ml of Water
### Miscellaneous Ingredients
* Barbecue Sauce (Check our previous video)
* 200 grams Fried potatoes
* 200 grams Beans (Boiled and cut lengthwise)
* 200 grams Carrot (Boiled and cut lengthwise)
* 7 sheets of lettuce (You may slice it into 2 to get 10 sheets)
