At the CENTER for Advanced Periodontal and Implant Therapy, we proudly offer the most advanced periodontal care, utilizing modern technology and cutting-edge techniques and treatments to correct and restore our patients' periodontal issues. As the only two dual board-certified periodontists in the Brentwood area, Dr. Alexandre Aalam and Dr. Alina Krivitsky implement industry-leading, state-of-the-art technology to achieve beautiful, healthy results, and create a safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing patient experience. Dr. Aalam and Dr. Krivitsky are proud to be the first periodontists in the U.S. to utilize Advanced-Platelet Rich Fibrin (APRF) in their treatments. At the CENTER, our expert periodontists have access to the most advanced regenerative treatments and utilize these effective therapies to correct and restore a wide range of conditions including wisdom teeth removal, gum pockets, tooth extractions, bone defects and more. Both Dr. Aalam and Dr. Krivitsky are Diplomates of the American Board of Periodontology and the American Board of Oral Implantology, and their Brentwood, Los Angeles practice proudly hosts the only dual board-certified team in the Brentwood, Los Angeles area. In addition, both Dr. Aalam and Dr. Krivitsky serve as Clinical Assistant Professors at the USC Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in the Department of Advanced Periodontics, where they have spent the last decade training and teaching future periodontists.

Hi, my name is Alina Krivitsky Aalam, and this is my husband Alexandre Amir Aalam; we're husband and wife team, and we've met about 18 years ago at USC. When we were both students there, and we still teach there as professors for the last over 10 years and, when we started this practice, we actually wanted to make sure that we deliver a very special care for our patients. Our philosophy of treatment is we wanted to be very personable, very close to all of our patients, and provide them with such care that is not found in many places. We've built this practice to be very much like our home. We actually use the same style, same color, same everything because we wanted to make sure that when our patients come in, we host them like they're coming to our home here and, we take great pride in continuing to do so every day. We have about 14 staff here in our office, and we want to provide a very special experience from the moment you get to our practice. Where you're greeted very warmly with all of our staff, and you meet either myself or Dr. Aalam, and we provide you with the best possible service that is available.
So I believe that what makes our office special and unique is the fact that we're hosting two dual board-certified were Dr. Krivitsky Alina and myself a diplomat of the American Board of Perl ontology and diplomat of the American Board of Oriental plant ontology, and to the best of my knowledge we're the only office in Southern California that do host to do a board-certified specialist. This assures you that the doctors that are going to be working for you and on you are more - updated with the latest technology and the science that is involved into your treatment care. One of the major advantages that we have in our office is that we have a large staff that is very comfortable with all the procedures that were performing such as IV sedation, stem cell technology, dental implants and, cosmetic dental therapy-related procedures. We take great pride as well to provide our patients with sleep dentistry experience meaning that we are both certified from the state of California to be able to provide IV sedation meaning that we are going to provide you in every single step of your treatment with Twilight sleep so, therefore, you don't have to experience feel or remember any of the procedures that you will be having in our office. Therefore, a great experience and a wonderful recovery will be assured with this technology
