Micha was in South Africa to see how much progress has been made there in terms of medicine, legalization and decriminalization. The country at the southern tip of Africa is, under somewhat different circumstances, on a similar path as Germany. But also in South Africa, politics has its problems to implement decisions into reality and lags behind the cannbinoid everyday life.
But in spite of all the shortcomings on the way to legalization, South Africa, unlike Germany, has managed to do more justice to the actual goal of the project: Immediately after the political decision to legalize, South African policy took consumers and home growers out of the focus of the investigating authorities.
