Tom Cruise stops for a young fan to shake his hand while exiting "Jerusalem" in London, UK.  The Top Gun actor was spotted leaving via the back exit and talking to a young crew member and posing with him while giving him encouraging words about his performance. He was there in support of good friend Mark Rylance who stars in the play.
