Reiki works - no matter what your way of life

Often we think we need to practice a certain way of life, follow certain structures, do certain things in order for things to change or improve. It is common to think that Reiki only works if you do it a particular way, but this is not something you can contain. Reiki is universal life force and there is no particular way of living required.
