Manufacturing process for bimetallic barrels

This is the manufacturing process for bimetallic barrels in our factory.  The bimetallic barrel starts with a steel tube. The tube is filled with alloy powder (different kinds available), the steel tube is then heated in a furnace. The heat melts the metal powder. The metallic melt is evenly distributed by centrifugal casting. After this process, the barrel is made to the correct bore, outer diameter, and other dimensions according to the drawings.
