This video will show you how to make a cute and easy greeting card for a Newborn Baby, Quilled Panda 🐼, Teddy bear 🧸 & baby ducks 🐥🐣.

★ Easy to follow a step-by-step tutorial for beginners.
★ Items I used:
1. 210 grams textured paper (White Blue and Gray)
2. 80 grams textured paper (Blue).
3. Colour paper strips: Blue & White.
4. PVA Glue & Double-sided foam tape or Adhesives 3D Double-sided foam squares
5. A pair of scissors or a cutting machine
6. Ribbon
7. Pearl stickers
