You Really Don't Need Oh My Zsh And Here's Why (Rant)

So I've been trying to find a reason why people run oh my zsh, or even just a reason to run it in general, I looked through everything it does and I honestly can't find a single reason why I would want to run it over just a lightweight plugin manager that doesn't come with a ton of plugins you're never going to use. I thought maybe it did something special that was at least slightly difficult without oh my zsh but I couldn't find anything.
