Plot Summary : The story is set on the backdrop of Bangalore and is about the brawny muscled Bala (Vijay) who is more of a physical power user than the mental strength. An order is passed in the city to round up all the goons in the city and send them away. With this, Bala goes to Mumbai and there he finds a job as a bouncer at a bar. His life takes a turn when he comes across Mallige (Shubha) who is under trouble and Bala rescues her at the right time. Bala is sharing his accommodation with Razak (Sathya) and soon they get an assignment- to kill Cable Manja (Dharma) who is in Bangalore and this is given to him by the police. The motive behind killing Manja is to make the way clear for MLA contestant Prasad (Suresh). Bala gets training from Shanker (Achyuth) and finally he does get successful in killing Manja. In no time, the Bala from Slum become Bangalore Bala and he begins to think that the entire cable business will be his own. But as fate would have, it Prasad becomes a minister and plays a game of politics leaving Bala with nothing. Bala begins to go against Prasad and this leads to another plan of ending Bala’s life.
