A simple and quick recipe for cream sauce. And most importantly, this sauce is suitable for almost any dish.

We used:
• Shallots – 30 g
• Thyme – 1 sprig
• White wine – 100 ml
• Garlic – 1 clove
• Cream 33% – 300 ml
• Salt, pepper to taste

- Finely chop the onion and throw it into a saucepan with vegetable oil, heated over high heat (180 ° C).
- Add some greens for taste, we have thyme.
- After 30 seconds, reduce the heat to medium (140 ° C). We give the onion a golden crust.
- As soon as the onion has turned golden, mix and leave alone again for 30 seconds. In the meantime, we crush the garlic and add it to the pan.
- Mix and add wine. Now we are interfering intensively.
- Evaporate alcohol for 1 minute over medium heat and pour 33% cream.
- Stir constantly so that it does not burn.
- At the end, we bring the sauce to taste with salt and pepper and add lemon so that the sauce does not seem very greasy to us.
- Take out all the excess with tweezers or drain the sauce through a sieve.
- To taste, you can add fried mushrooms, vegetables, spices to the sauce.
