Viennese Whirls

Ingredients for 10 to 12 biscuits:

200g plain flour
200g softened butter
50g icing sugar
1 tspn vanilla extract
2 tspn cornflour
1/2 tspn baking powder

For the filling:

100g butter
170g icing sugar
1 tspn vanilla extract
50g strawberry or raspberry jam
