A chirping noise coming from your wheel could mean a couple of different things.

If the noise is a rhythmic noise, the problem could be from something making contact with the wheel as it rotates. Make sure that nothing is making contact with the wheel and that everything, including your lug nuts, is tightened down properly.

The other cause for this noise may be from the brake wear indicator. When the friction material on your brake pad wears down past a certain point, the brake wear indicator makes contact with the rotor. This produces a high-frequency squeal sound. However, this noise is often described as a chirping noise. If this is the cause of the noise, you are past due for a brake job.
