Heart Down Thunder Chakra. Tune,
Heart Down Thunder Chakra. Tune, balance, activate, awaken the Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root Chakras.
You will feel this begin in your Heart Chakra region. You can feel it pull the energy, stimulating the lower Chakras, awakening them, activating them, bringing them into balance and tune.
This piece is very much about the physical healing of the lower torso region, Heart Down, but it spreads through your entire energy system, bringing you into organic, natural tune and balance.
Someone said I live out in the middle of nowhere, and I replied, “no, I live in the middle of everywhere.” The Chihuahuan Desert is vast, and the skies are endless. Driving through, it looks lifeless, empty, but it is not. I was out walking earlier and a golden eagle flew straight for me, low, looking me in the eye, and at the last moment, lifted and flew high towards the mountain. These are the vibes in this enchanted space. You will feel this in my music now, it is permeating me, lifting my spirit higher. Thus, I pass these vibes now on to you in the music… from my spirit to your spirit.
The title of the music is “Indigenous Spirits.” I can feel them here in this vast ancient desert. They inhabit my dreams at night, they blow on the wind, they whisper their stories to those who listen.

Color is Yellow - Element is Fire – Mantra is Ram
Ego, it is where it lives. When out of balance it can cause many emotional and physical problems. Problems with self-esteem, depression, lethargic energy levels, but, when balanced energy levels rise, which increases focus, belief in one’s true self, and seeing into the authentic self you are. Everything changes, is elevated, energized.

Color is Green - Element is Air – Mantra is Yam
Being the “seat” of balance, it obviously is not beneficial on so many levels for the Heart itself to be out of balance. This is where love, compassion and passion, harmony, optimism, and motivation are centered. These are the things that make each moment a treasure. These are the gifts we possess that brings the ultimate joy and gratification into our lives. With these intact, we understand the value of each moment of life…
