Chocolate-Covered Blueberries with a Zesty Twist

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fresh blueberries, thoroughly washed and dried
- 9 ounces of high-quality white or milk chocolate (or a combination of both), finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- Zest from one lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract or a few drops of lemon oil (adjust to your taste)

Instructions:

Melting the Chocolate:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, gently melt the finely chopped chocolate. Stir in the coconut oil until well combined. If using a microwave, heat the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until it's smooth and fully melted. If using a double boiler, place the chocolate and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water and stir until completely melted.
Add Lemon Flavor:
1. Once the chocolate is velvety and smooth, incorporate the lemon zest and lemon extract or lemon oil, adjusting to your desired level of zestiness. The lemon infusion adds a delightful twist to the chocolate.
Coating the Blueberries:
