** Panama is a song that always gets me pumped. It's a lot of fun to play despite how simple it is. Michael Anthony has a few tricky parts in there (like the intro slide) that it's hard to sound just like the recording on, but I did my best. Van Halen is always a crowd pleaser. Maybe that's why I hear it on the radio a bit. I wanted to do it because after seeing the tribute band VHT (Van Halen Tribute) a couple times, I started to listen to them again. Panama is one of the songs that is often on the radio, so I was in the mood to play it and it also would help me with my goal of one day just being able to turn on the radio and play along for as long as I want to
