Javed Akhtar is an Indian poet, lyricist and screenwriter. He is also awarded Padma Shri , Padma Bhushan and the Sahitya Akademi Award. Javed Akhtar was speaking at Sahitya AajTak, a three-day literature festival in New Delhi where he talked about name changing of cities. In this interview he explains how changing names is waste of money.
