Tourists chase after San Francisco thieves who broke into their rental car

Members of a family visiting San Francisco from Puerto Rico chased after thieves who stole from their rental car on what was their first day visiting the city, according to a witness. Surveillance video shows some of the tourists chase after the fleeing car and attempt to hold onto it.
