1/2 gallon of water, biotin, eating healthy 80% of the time, water hair, silk scarf at night
WEEKLY:
Shampoo/Condition (prepoo before), Deep Condition, Peppermint Oil + massage brush 3x a week, Wild Grow Oil 1-3 times a week, hair style that can be maintained throughout the week
MONTHLY:
1st week - Clarifying Shampoo
2nd week - Hot Oil Treatment
3rd week - Clay Mask (or twice a month)
