Michael Volpe Investigates Podcast: an Interview with Marta Bryceland and Anna Hadilaksono

Marta and her sister join me on the podcast. Marta told me that she has seen her daughter for three days in all of 2023, even though she was her daughter's primary caretaker. This travesty has everything to do with one thing: child support. Initially, Marta and her ex-boyfriend, Dr. Thomas Gut, agreed that she would be the primary caretaker and that continued until October 2019, when Dr. Gut saw what the child support calculator spit out. The same day he was confronted with the sticker shock of child support, he filed for emergency custody. He did it more than once, and he kept coming up with new reasons, but eventually he found his way in front of Judge Janet McFarland, a notorious judge. She accepted, strictly on his word, that Marta had Munchhausen by proxy. She switched custody, temporarily, but that temporary order remains in place, even as a custody trial continues without end.
