Jain Hara Bhara Kebab

Another Jain Recipe for my Jain Viewers, this is an excellent snack made from Raw Banana. No onion, No Garlic, No Potatoes in it.

Ingredients :
1 bunch Spinach (blanched)
2 Raw Bananas (boiled & shredded)
1 cup Green Peas (blanched)
Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
Finely chopped Coriander Leaves
50 gm shredded Paneer (optional)
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera Powder)
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur Powder)
2 tsp Garam Masala (alternatively Kitchen King Masala can be used)
2 tbs Oats
1 tbs mildly roasted Gram Flour (Besan)
Oil
Few Cashews
Chaat Masala (to sprinkle)

Method :
Let's keep few ingredients ready beforehand:-
Dip a bunch of Palak into hot Water for 10 seconds
Transfer palak in the bowl of Ice cold water
Boil 2 Raw Bananas in pressure cooker up to 2-3 whistles
1/2 cup Green Peas (blanched)
Further take a mixer jar, add blanched Green Peas &  Palak
Coarsely grind this mixture and transfer in a bowl
Add finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
Add finely chopped Coriander Leaves
Add shredded boiled Bananas
Add 50 gm shredded Paneer (optional)
Salt as per taste
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
Add 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
Add 2 tsp Garam Masala
Add 2 tbs Oats (for binding)
Add 1 tbs mildly roasted Gram Flour (for binding)
Combine everything together with hands
Further make round shape kebabs by applying a little oil on your palms
Place a Cashew on the top of each kebab
Heat Oil in a pan & place all kebabs in it
Cook on slow to medium flame until they turn golden-brown from both the sides
Take them on a serving plate and serve with Green Chutney
