Husband of deceased Kaveri Nakhwa
Husband of deceased Kaveri Nakhwa in Worli Hit-and-Run case, Pradeep Nakhwa speaking to ANI narrated the whole incident. He then demanded justice for his wife and children. He expressed his anger towards the system for not arresting the culprit quickly. He said, “We used to go to market every Sunday to buy fish. We left for the market at 4 O’clock. We were returning after buying fish, suddenly a car hit us and we lost our senses, we could not grasp what had happened. We were bounced off our vehicle and landed on the car, the driver of the car did not stop and ran away. My wife was dragged along the car. I took a taxi and tried to follow the car, but it was lost. Then I went to the police station. I was informed of an unknown dead body of a woman. I went to the hospital and found that she was my wife.”
