Qigong is an ancient healing technique which has been perfected over thousands of years and was a branch of traditional Chinese medicine. Qigong healing methods are simple exercises involving the breath, the mind and easy movements which help to promote the easy, unobstructed circulation of energy and blood throughout the body. And this isn’t just a passion, I have credentials too!

I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the Irish College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dublin, Ireland. I learned Medical Qigong between 2000 and 2005 on four separate month-long study visits to the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou, China. I am especially good at adapting my exercises for people aged 40+ so that they leave a session feeling relaxed and fulfilled, not sweaty and strained.
