How to find Oasis Fallout 3

Watch in HIGH QUALITY to see arrows better!!!  This is just a walkthrough to find Oasis...this is not a walkthrough of the Oasis achievement...once you get there you have to talk to Father and then drink from the sap and then go down into the water.
