Juan makes his way to Antipolo in hopes of finishing his mission as the Tagabantay and finally slay the Aswang King. At the aswang conference, he stands witness as Kael and his conspirators stage a coup against Samuel. As the Aswang King slowly loses his strength after being attacked by his subjects, Juan steps in and tries to help his father escape.
