Elf Owls

This is a nesting pair of Elf Owls that visit my property every year.  Elf Owls are the smallest Owl species in the world and often nest in the Giant Saguaro Cactus in holes left over from old Woodpecker nests.  This is the Female Elf Owl with the male making an appearance as he brings in some food.
