Egyptian walking onion harvest and taste test; Vlog #238

It's that time of year to harvest the Egyptian walking onion top sets.  The individual plant leaves are great for green onions throughout the growing season but the bulb tops are now "walking" and need to be harvested.  I picked a bunch of tops to eat,  to take and establish a walking onion bed at the hobby farm and I take a taste test of the main bulbs and tops.  How do they taste?
