With always in the first place the semi of beans and the plantation of onions; and hot, peppers. This year, we're also trying eggplants!

The vast majority of our vegetables come from seedlings. We do not buy any input apart from a little potting soil, do not use any phytosanitary product, even authorized in organic farming.
