Attaullah Shah Bulharki is a renowned Islamic scholar of Indo-Pak. Famous for founding Majlis'e Ahrar'e Islam, a religious-political party for establishing the Islamic governance in the Subcontinent. He was among few members of Ahrar to move in Pakistan after independence. Maulana Qari Dr. Muhammad Ishaq Alam is credited with reading this beautiful Arabic master-piece. He is the Chief Imam (Khateeb) of Jamia Masjid Osmania, located in Usmania Housing Society, Nazimabad-1 Karachi, Pakistan. The delivery of this Juma speech is marvelous.
