WHAT IS DISCUSSED IN THIS VIDEO:
There are many reasons that can cause morning dry eye. One of the biggest reasons is nocturnal lagophthalmos, when you sleep with your eyes slightly open. This causes exposure keratopathy, where your eyes to dry out during the night. If you have a dry eye disease, dry eye syndrome, and you sleep with eyes open (nocturnal lagophthalmos), this can cause some serious dry eyes in the morning. This video will go over 3 tips to help reduce morning dry eyes.
