Kazi Sharmin Nahid Nupur was born 17 December 1979, better known by stage name Shabnur, is a Bangladeshi film actress. She made her debut in Chandni Raate directed by legendary film maker Ehtesham in 1993. Her first commercially successful film was Duniaar badsha with co-actor Amin Khan and then tumi amar (actor)|Salman Shah in 1994 and most of her film act was associated with him until his death in 1996. She made a history with Salman Shah and that was they did 14 nos movies together and all the movies were hit, superhit. She also acted with others like Amin khan, Omar Sany and she got success with them also. after demise of Salman, She started acting with Riaz and Shakil Khan after Salman Shah’s death. She also acted with Manna, Amin Khan, Ferdous Ahmed and Shakib Khan. She received National Film Award as the best actress in 2005 for Dui Noyoner Alo.
