(SOLVED)social club failed to initialize error code 16

Link: Tweaking.com_Windows Repair 2018 If this work once but not after a pc restart then unfortunately u have to do the second step again and this time do not shut down the pc.(put it to sleep or something)and after completing the game you can shut it down. This is the only way.Good luck.
