What I Eat In a Week - Post-Ileostomy Reversal | 7-Day Food Diary

Why should you care about what I eat? Part of my treatment for Stage 3 Colorectal Cancer was having 12 inches of my colon/rectum removed and having a temporary ileostomy. That ileostomy was reversed after 7 months, and it’s been a battle ever since to find a routine that keeps my bowels somewhat normal and from ruining my life.
