This part of the game deals with the Jiraiya Battle Minigame. Basically its a minigame where you beat up as many enemies as you can under the time limit. If you defeat 80 enemies or more, you either get the Super Rasengan Limited Chip or the Super Uzumaki Limited Chip. The Super Rasengan Limited Chip allows the Rasengan to hit for twice the damage. Same thing for the Super Uzumaki limited chip but it's for the Naruto Uzumaki Barrage instead. Enjoy! And this minigame was present in the American version.
