Ingredients:

egg 4 medium (178 grams)
sugar 22 grams (1 cup + 3 tbsp)
oil 135 grams (3/4 cup + 4 tbsp)
full cream milk 170 grams (2/3 cup)
zest of 3 calamansi

all purpose flour 225 grams (  1 3/4 cup)
baking powder 7 grams (2 tsp)
salt 4 grams (1/2 tsp)
almond nuts for Toppings

Calamansi glaze:

powder sugar 2 cups +  2 tbsp (250 grams)
hot water 50 grams or ml
calamansi juice 20 grams 2 tbsp
zest of 3 calamansi
vanilla 1/2 tsp
corn syrup 1 tbsp (optional)

Baking time: 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven.
Oven temperature: 160°c
