So whether it’s for personal
So whether it’s for personal convenience, getting a Cash Out Refinance, or Selling it entirely for that matter, it’s always good to know your home equity.
The math is simple, you just take your house value, and subtract it from your loan amount, to receive your home equity value. However, if you’re doing this to sell the house you also have to account for title fees, closing fees, property taxes, and any other miscellaneous loans you might have taken out during the time. But other than that, you’re set!
If you have any questions, I highly recommend you check out a local realtor to assist you in coming up with your home equity value!
