This is my favorite red velvet cake recipe. It is such a rich and decadent vibrant red velvet cake, that is melt in your mouth moist. If all red velvet cakes could taste this good! haha! You guys will love this red velvet cake recipe, It is amazing!

Homemade Cake Flour recipe
Note: you will need all purpose flour and cornstarch. For every 1 cup all purpose flour, take 2 Tablespoons out, and replace with 2 Tablespoons cornstarch.
So in this recipe i used 3 cups cake flour. Which means you will need 3 cups all purpose flour, take 6 Tablespoons out and replace with 6 tablespoons corn starch.
INGREDIENTS
3 cups cake flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 TBS cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup butter milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp white distilled vinegar
1 to 2 TBS red gel food color
FROSTING
16 OZ cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
