Restless leg syndrome is a condition that causes weird sensations in the legs and it usually happens when you're at rest and it's usually worse at night.  It's actually very common to get it during pregnancy so most women find that after they've delivered their baby it gets better.  Also the problem can be compounded by anemia.  So talk to your doctor if you're experiencing restless leg syndrome when you're pregnant and they can talk to you about whether or not your iron levels were low and see if an iron supplement might help.  That are medications that can help the problem but they're usually not recommended or safe to take during pregnancy.  If it's severe and keeping you up all night talk to your doctor and see what options they present to you but also just try simple things like stretching before bedtime and see if that helps at all.  Good luck with everything and if you have any other questions for me feel free to ask them on our Facebook page and recommend us to your friends and family too.
