"White and pink noise: What is it?
Both white noise and pink noise contain all the audible frequencies to humans.
Monotonous sounds like pink or white noise work like magic when it comes to calming most new-borns and babies. Pink noise sounds more pleasant to the adult ears, and they give tired parents a moment of rest.
White noise promotes calming and falling asleep. Pink noise, in turn, promotes peaceful deep sleep.
Surrounding the baby with a heartbeat or a monotonous noise (white or pink noise) can be soothing. This sound will remind the baby of the security and pleasant warmth of the womb.
Consider this with your baby and discover how it works, also great for a peaceful sleep for adults, study, focus, tinnitus(perception of noise or ringing in the ears)"
