HowTo Change the Size or Ratio of Your Video or Cut Out Parts of a Video with OpenShot Video Editor

This one shows you how to use OpenShot Video Editor to resize the screen quixkly and simply.  There are TONS of options that this program has but in my opinion, this is one of the more useful ones.  If you need to take, for instance, a 3:2 or 16:10 screen capture and convert it to 16:9 without the black bars, this is how to do it.  You can also zoom in easily with this or cut off things like the toolbar in a screencap as well.  Hope this helps.  Enjoy!
