Saying you should invest when there’s blood in the streets or to ‘be greedy when others are fearful’ and then actually doing it can seem impossibly difficult. When stocks crash, you’re thinking about protecting your hard-earned money, not about putting more of it at risk to benefit from the eventual rebound.
What can make it easier is to put some numbers behind exactly when you should put your money to work. By watching valuation measures, you can at least gain some reassurance to know that even if stocks continue falling, you will have waited to get a good price and will do better than those that bought every dip.
I’m going to show you how to find historical valuation multiples in stocks as well as the overall market and how to use those to know when to invest your money.
