Learn how to make Butter Garlic Sauteed Clams at home, a delicacy by Aman.

Ingredients:
500 gms Clams(Rinsed, Scrubbed and Cleaned)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup white wine
3 dashes cayenne pepper

Garnish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped Italian flat parsley

Method:

- Heat up a frying pan on medium heat.
- Add butter and sauté the garlic until slightly browned.
- Add the clams to the pan, and quickly toss around with a spatula.
- Add wine and cayenne pepper.
- Cover the pan and let it cook until the clams are all open.
- Add lemon juice and parsley and stir to combine well.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
- Butter Garlic Sautéed Clams is ready to be served!
