In this silent vlog of my Life in Germany as an South African expat we explore new things from the grocery store and bake authentic South African Banana Bread muffins. Spokie and her parents go on a fun Spring walk and play in the garden and we also travel with the tram to the Isar where we have a lovely picnic with chocolate and beer :D

Banana Bread Muffin Recipe...
- Cream together 8 tbsp butter and 1 cup sugar
- Stir in 2 beaten eggs and 3 mashed bananas
- Slowly mix in 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda and 1 & 1/4 cup flour
- Put into moulds
- Bake on a preheated oven of 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked through!
