Pitztal early season powder - fall into a glacier crevasse

Skiing early season powder in Pitztal glacier (highest ski resort in Austria) could be fantastic and dangerous at the same time. While skiing off piste we came across snowboarder from Holland that feel into glacier crevasse (about 5 meter deep). He was seemingly unharmed (landed on his feet) and rescued by a helicopter within 15 minutes, after which we seen him walking to a snowmobile without any assistance (very lucky guy). Otherwise amazing powder in October!
