M&T Mango Processing Line:
A mango post harvesting plant and machinery for processing and treatment of mangoes is disclosed. The plant comprises a water feeding zone for bubble washing of the mangoes for residual clearance and sap cleaning on the fruit’s surface, a brush washing zone for further shine on the fruits skin on sprinkling with fresh water and detergent, a belt inspection conveyor for the separation of defected fruits by carrying out the visual inspection, a sponge waxing zone for wax spraying the fruits to remove the pests and smaller residues from the fruit surface and finally dried under the air drying machine by the air blowers and conveyed to the pallet section through the conveyor belt for the delivery of the fully processed fruits.
