Gorgeous CAKE in a pan without an oven! Delicious no oven cake!

To cook a cake in a pan:

Cakes:
Condensed milk - 250 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 1 tsp with a slide
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Flour - 260 g + for working with dough
Salt - a pinch


Cream:
Milk - 500 g
Sugar - 100 g
Vanilla sugar - 20 g
Egg - 2 pcs.
Corn starch - 50 g
Butter - 200 g
Condensed milk - 120-130 g

For decoration:
Nuts - 100 g
Dark chocolate - 20 g

1. To prepare the cream: heat the milk until hot.
2. Beat eggs with sugar and starch. Pour in hot milk, stir. Put the pan on the fire, cook the custard until thickened, stirring constantly. When the first bubbles appear, cook for another 1 minute to thicken the cream. Allow the cream to cool to room temperature.
3. While the cream is cooling, prepare the cakes. Mix flour with baking powder. Mix the condensed milk with the egg and a pinch of salt. Add flour, knead soft dough. If necessary, add a little more flour, the dough should not be sticky.
4. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll out a round cake. Trim it with a 20 cm tin. Bake in a dry skillet for about 1 minute, turn over and bake for another 1 minute.
5. So bake all 6 cakes.
6. Let's get back to the cream. Remove the butter and condensed milk from the refrigerator in advance so that they are at the same room temperature as the custard.
7. Beat the butter with a mixer for 1 minute. Add condensed milk in a thin stream. Add vanilla sugar. Add the custard to the butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well each time.
8. Lubricate the cakes, top and sides with cream.
9. Cover the cake and refrigerate overnight to soak and stabilize.
10. Decorate the finished cake as desired. I sprinkled with nuts and grated chocolate.
