Here we briefly examine how to import the power intervals from your real rides (power zone x duration) into Zwift in a scalable editable way. Once these are imported from your computer/strava you export the GPX file into WhatsonZwift.com. Their software converts all your major changes (and elevation data) into a "*.ZWO" file. This is a Zwift workoutfile which you must put in the /documents/zwift/workouts folder. Launch Zwift and you have the actual IRL power interval data in Zwift. You can also edit this workout file as normal or scale it; or send it to friends. Yes, your buddies/clubmates can ride the same shared ride (scaled for their FTP)! This was my first attempt and I was genuinely surprised this works so well!

NB because you ride an official zwift course but with your power profile, your finish time will not match your IRL finish time because the hills etc are simulated in Zwift according to the official course profile.
