Introducing the 2023 Sapporo Autumn Fest; one of Hokkaido's gourmet food events that takes place in Sapporo.
The "Sapporo Autumn Fest" is a grand food event where over 20 thousand people gather each year!
Held in Odori Park in the heart of downtown Sapporo where citizens tend to gather, this event celebrates the harvest of fall and all the delicious foods that come with it.
As the theme, "Foods of Sapporo and Hokkaido" suggests, seasonal vegetables and other ingredients, not to mention local cuisine from all across Hokkaido, are brought together in one venue with the purpose of raising awareness and contributing to the revitalization of Hokkaido.
This year we are focusing on the 2023 Sapporo Autumn Fest held in the Nanachome Venue.
This venue will feature wines sourced in Hokkaido, which became famous wine country in Japan, as well as Japanese sakes and craft beers brewed in Hokkaido. The venue will also feature delicious gourmet seafood, meats, and other unique and delectable foods that pair well with Hokkaido's own alcoholic beverages.
