Shankar Mishra, who is accused of urinating on a co-passenger onboard an Air India flight, has made a bizarre claim in Delhi's Patiala House Court. He told the court that he did not pee on the woman, but it was she who urinated on herself.
Shankar Mishra's lawyer made the unexpected claim that the elderly lady urinated on herself owing to her health conditions. His advocate told the court that the lady had been a Bharatnatyam dancer for over 30 years and it was normal for them to have urinary incontinence.
